1\. Summary of Required Services

The International Labour Organization (ILO) – Iraq Office hereby invites qualified insurance service providers to submit quotations for the provision of premium insurance coverage for the ILO fleet operating in Iraq consisting of:

1.1 Scope of Services

• The ILO – Erbil Office is requesting a quotation for the provision of insurance services for the ILO Iraq-based fleet, with reference to the following:

1\. Insurance coverage for the below-listed ILO fleet, taking into consideration the indicated net book values of the assets. (Annex I)

2\. Coverage of all articles, items, and conditions as illustrated in the attached insurance policy (Annex II)

.3. Submission of a financial quotation indicating:

\- The monthly unit cost, and the total cost for a 6 months period, from 5th July 2026 until 31st December 2026.

1.2 Applications and Conditions

• The quotation will only be considered if it fully complies with and covers all points outlined above
• partnerships or authorized third-party fuel stations, ensuring uninterrupted service coverage in all required locations.

1.3 Service Period

• Estimated contract period: 6 months from July 4th,2026 until Dec.31st,2026

2\. Vendor Eligibility and Compliance Requirements

\- Bidders are required to provide detailed quotation including cost per month and cost for the total period mentioned above

\- The quotation will only be considered if it fully complies with and covers all points outlined above.

3\. Payment Terms and Financial Conditions

\- In accordance with ILO policy, payment for services will be made within 30 days after receipt of a valid invoice.

\- Payment method: Wire transfer to the designated bank account of the insurance provider
