Working under the supervision of the Human Resources Officer/Manager, the incumbent provides administrative, procedural, and operational assistance across a broad range of HR functions. The role plays a key part in ensuring the efficient management of HR services for all categories of staff, delivering timely, accurate, and compliant support in line with UNICEF policies and regulations.
