The Private Fundraising and Partnerships Division (PFP) helps UNICEF achieve its mission by increasing private-sector income and influence, working with National Committees and country offices to raise over $2 billion annually. Within PFP, the Market Development and Performance Team (MDT) connects national fundraising plans to global priorities and oversees allocation of centrally managed Investment Funds.The Fundraising Specialist (Analyst) is primarily a business analyst role focused on analyzing and interpreting fundraising results, plans, and trends, and clearly communicating robust insights that inform major strategic decisions. The role also includes managing analytical tools and supporting project management of the annual Investment Fund allocation process across 50+ countries.
