TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION (TQ): Your resume should demonstrate accomplishments that would satisfy the following technical qualifications. TQ 1: Ability and knowledge to lead complex contracting challenges by diagnosing issues, formulating and executing solutions, securing stakeholder and workforce participation, implementing policy or process improvements, and measuring outcomes. TQ 2: Ability and knowledge to lead the resolution of significant acquisition and procurement challenges, including identifying the problem, defining the objectives, naviga
