Enhancing immunization supply chain management system through engagement of Vaccine Management / eLMIS consultant, Kabul, Afghanistan, Health, 6 months (NATIONAL only - Office based with trip)

The purpose of this consultancy is to support Afghanistan country office in comprehensive vaccine management processes encompassing planning and forecasting, utilization, stock oversight, distribution, monitoring, and tracking of vaccines of both routine immunization and Supplementary Immunization Activities. The consultant will support the open mSupply eLMIS roll out at the national EPI, regional and provincial stores. He/She will also be deployed to the field office to ensure quality of vaccines and supply chain management at the sub-national level. The consultant will report to the Immunization Specialist (Cold Chain) UNICEF and will closely coordinate with Immunization Specialist (Program) for specific tasks.
