Under the guidance and supervision of the supervisor, establishes and implements country office
emergency preparedness and response (linked to the regional context). Responsible for the development, planning, implementation,monitoring and evaluation of the interventions to ensure the survival and well-being of children, and the affected communities as impacted by regional crises and emergencies.
