The role is embedded full-time within ITSFI as the portfolio’s resident SPC-level practitioner. The coach partners with the ITSFI Director, the Value Management Office (VMO), ART roles, and Agile Teams to embed SAFe values, principles, and practices. The role progressively assumes responsibilities currently held by external Lean-Agile coaches. The coach also serves as one of ITSFI’s liaisons to the ITS Transformation Team (ITSTM) and the broader ITS Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) community.
