Full Description

The Conference of the Parties (COP) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) is the primary global decision-making body addressing climate change. Türkiye will host COP31 in Antalya, in November 2026, bringing together Parties, international organizations, civil society, and other stakeholders to negotiate and advance global climate action. The consultant will assist with technical analysis, coordination activities, documentation, and logistical preparation to ensure that UNICEF’s engagement in COP31 is well-organized, informed, and aligned with global climate policy objectives.
