CONTRACTING SPECIALIST

GS-12: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Employing acquisition processes, analyzing costs and prices, and adhering to regulations in the administration, negotiation, management, and planning of contracts. GS-11: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing costs and prices, and adhering to regulations in the administration and negotiation.

GS-9: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-7 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: participating in routine procurement projects, compiling findings, and briefing team members; assisting with and advising on standard acquisition planning, contract preparation, and routine contract administration.
