Contract Specialist (Developmental), NF-04/05

RESUMES MUST BE TWO PAGES (OR LESS). QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. NF-04: 1. Experience in applying acquisition laws, contract principles, statues, Executive Orders, regulations and/or procedures applicable to pre-award and post-award actions. 2. Experience in planning, negotiating, procuring, and administering contracts for a wide variety of complex requirements. 3. Must have experience creating and delivering formal written and verbal presentations to various levels (i.e., writing complex acquisition plans, statements of work, solicitations, contracts and supporting documentation; conducting proposal conferences, evaluation panels, site visits, and debriefings).

NF-05: 1. Experience directly related to the duties described above managing complex, multi-million dollar procurements requiring source selection procedures. 2. Extensive knowledge of procurement regulations, contract laws, acquisition planning; Government and commercial procurement practices, contract policies and procedures; and knowledge and skill in negotiation techniques. 3. Proven leadership and customer service abilities, and the ability to meet stringent deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 4.

Ability to obtain Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM), Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) II/III in contracting or other applicable professional certification. 5.
