The Digital Innovation Consultant will support UNICEF Serbia in implementing the 2026–2030 Country Programme by helping the office make better use of emerging opportunities within Serbia’s growing startup and tech community. The consultant will provide targeted support, as needed, to strengthen the office’s capacity to test and apply practical, evidence informed solutions. In addition, the consultant will contribute to Private Sector Fundraising efforts by exploring and advising on new, innovation driven fundraising approaches - particularly those linked to the tech sectors - that can complement existing resource mobilization channels Explore partnership opportunities to propose corporate partnering with one of the local blockchain companies, in the context of providing funding for UNICEF (ECD, DeFi Saver, etc.).
