The function supports the GAO Director in strengthening integrated planning and performance management across five locations (KSA, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain), while ensuring alignment of resources and operations with strategic priorities. The role serves as a strategic advisor to the Director, pillar heads, and Heads of Offices on planning, coordination, and overall office management. It also promotes best practices and innovative management approaches to enhance planning coherence, operational effectiveness, and a healthy, productive working environment across the region.
