Under the overall guidance of the Deputy Representative Programmes, this position is responsible for the programme planning, monitoring and reporting function (PMR) of a large size country programme. The PMR Section was created during the CPMP process accompanying the 2023-
2027 Pacific MCPD, placing the pre-existing functions of planning, monitoring, donor relations and reporting under the leadership of the Chief Planning and Monitoring. The PMR Team was put in place to strengthen the planning, monitoring and reporting functions and systems required in a large size country programme such as that of UNICEF Pacific.
