TQ 1: Demonstrated expertise involving the application of the Federal Trade Commission Act to marketplace and advertising practices, including price transparency, as well enforcement of the Fees Rule, the INFORM Act, the Reviews Rule, the CRFA, and OARFPA. TQ 2: Demonstrated executive-level experience managing all aspects of investigation and litigation, including analyzing complex legal issues and questions of litigation strategy, reviewing pleadings and memoranda, and supervising and reviewing the work of attorneys and other staff.
