**Program Background**

Chemonics International is preparing for upcoming donor funded opportunities to work in partnership with the Government of the Philippines (GPH) to support advancement of climate resilience communities and civil maritime cooperation.

**The Roles**

Chemonics is seeking exceptional Subject Matter Experts and Consultants for upcoming proposals and projects in the climate and civil maritime sectors:

- Community‑led climate and disaster resilience
- Livelihoods, workforce development, and inclusive economic adaptation

- Local governance, policy, and regulatory reform

- Climate finance, investment facilitation, and public‑private partnerships

- Civil maritime, coastal governance, and port/community resilience

- Gender equality, disability equity, and social inclusion and locally led development

- Environmental resource management and biodiversity

- Climate risk analytics, remote sensing, and digital decision‑support tools

- Media, communications, AI and digitalisation, and knowledge sharing

- ESG, sustainability, and carbon accounting

**Essential Experience and Knowledge**

- Post-graduate (Master’s) degree in climate resilience, disaster risk reduction, development, communications, finance, economics, business administration, law, or other related fields preferred
- At least ten (10) years of e
