You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.

Qualifying Experience: Progressively responsible supervisory experience to equip the incumbent with knowledge in the areas of advertising, budgeting, management, timekeeping, labor, staffing and other knowledge, skills and abilities needed to successfully perform the duties of this position. A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business or Public Affairs may substitute for this experience. Knowledge of USA Track and Field long distance running rules and regulations preferred. Expertise in contract management, procurement, and price analysis strongly preferred. Ability to lead, supervise and direct personnel and make resourceful financial decisions. Knowledge of military protocol and procedures, purchasing and financial accounting methods preferred. Strong attention to details with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
