Full Description

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in economics, business, finance, human resources, industrial and organizational development/psychology, or a related discipline required. Minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in accounting, finance, federal budget, or related experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in one or more areas including organizational design and development, human capital systems design and consulting, occupational/job analysis, organizational assessments, workforce surveys, and program evaluation. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of progressive project management experience. Minimum of 3 years in data visualization and analytics. Knowledge of office systems/software (e.g., PeopleSoft, Hyperion, Microstrategy, Click-Up, OrgChart Enterprise, and/or Lawson). Knowledge, Skill, and Ability (KSA) and Competency Requirements: Demonstrated experience and understanding of compliance with all existing laws and historical precedents relating to appropriated funds. Knowledge of office systems/software (e.g., PeopleSoft, Hyperion, Microstrategy, Click-Up, and/or Lawson). Business acumen and skill in coordination, strategic planning, customer strategies, organizational design, change management, business process re-engineering, best practices/benchmarking, risk assessment and management, performance and satisfaction measurement, and financial management practices. Ability to analyze information and effectively pull, manipulate, manage, and present data from multiple sources. Ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information appropriately, ensuring data protection and confidentiality. Knowledge of and ability to apply strategic communication methods and principles. Knowledge of training, facilitation, and presentation principles.
