Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field and 7-9 years of related work experience or equivalent work experience 3+ years of supervisory experience in a related field Knowledge of local exchange carrier and inter-exchange carrier services and contract management. Knowledge of telecommunications service billing, voice mail systems, standards based video conferencing, and standards based telecommunication systems. Knowledge of private branch exchange (PBX) implementations to include hardware/software components, trunking issues, configuration options, and security. Knowledge of all aspects of information systems. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in related field PMP certification Experience in Avaya systems Security Requirement: This position requires that the applicant obtain and maintain an applicable U.S. Government security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship. We will not submit your application for a clearance unless you are a U.S. citizen. This position requires unescorted access to secure offsite locations which require an identification badge. In order to be approved for the applicable badge, you must be a U.S. citizen. **Continued employment is contingent upon satisfactorily completing a criminal history records check (or other applicable security clearance) and a pre-employment drug-test (pre-identified position only).
