Introduction
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) intends to procure, supply, and deliver Lumber, Boat Engines, and Materials for the construction of 51 units of banca to the Municipality of Tipo-Tipo, Basilan. This initiative responds to the community’s need for reliable and sustainable water transport to support fishing, trade, and local mobility. By ensuring the timely supply and delivery of quality materials and equipment, the project aims to strengthen livelihood opportunities, improve access to essential services, and enhance resilience in coastal and island communities.
