Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following:1) Monitoring contractor operations to ensure compliance with government contract requirements; 2) Providing technical clarification and guidance to contractors regarding contract specifications; 3) Reviewing contractor deliverables and accepting products/services on behalf of the Government.; 4) Advising government contracting officers on technical matters and participating in evaluation teams; and 5) Evaluating contractor performance, reviewing invoices, and completing required contract performance reports..
