In addition to the Basic Education Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a Contract Specialist: 1. Reviewing, training, and approving contract operations. 2. Planning, developing, and executing contract strategies. 3. Overseeing and approving comprehensive long-range acquisition planning, contract negotiation techniques, and overseeing contract administration for a wide range of complex supplies and services for all sizes of procurements.
