You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: For the GS-14, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes: -Experience applying statistical analysis, and scientific evaluative methods and techniques to issues or studies related to the efficiency and effectiveness of program and policy operations; AND -Experience in manipulating and cleaning complex datasets to be used for advanced statistical analysis; AND -Experience using oral and written communication techniques to prepare and deliver both simple and complex scientific research reports, briefs, and findings; AND -Experience in planning, leading, overseeing, managing, coordinating the implementation of research/evaluations project(s) and team(s). SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes: -Experience applying statistical analysis, and scientific evaluative methods and techniques to issues or studies related to the efficiency and effectiveness of program and policy operations; AND -Experience in manipulating and cleaning complex datasets to be used for advanced statistical analysis; AND -Experience using oral and written communication techniques to prepare and deliver both simple and complex scientific research reports, briefs, and findings. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
