The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) Jordan Country Office in Amman seeks a dedicated, experienced, highly motivated, and proactive candidates for the post Senior Operations Associate at GS-7 level (Temporary Appointment). The Senior Operations Associate provides technical and operational support tocountry offices and the regional office for eTools and UNPP across all locations. The role ensures thetimely and effective resolution of incidents, service requests, and user queries, and contributes to the efficient delivery and continuous improvement of digital platform operations and services.
