This specific tender is managed via the new supplier portal system of UNDP Quantum. Introduction
The project aims to provide UNDP in Namibia a comprehensive development visual archive that enables a VR exhibition for global and regional fora storytelling platform for donor engagement and resource mobilisation and a legacy institutional asset.
· Capture high-quality visual documentation across multiple regions and communities
· Produce compelling human-centred development stories
· Develop immersive/VR-ready content showcasing impact environments
· Establish a structured national visual asset library
