**Are you experienced in project administration and grants management? Do you want to support feminist peacebuilding across the South Caucasus and Eastern Europe? Then this Regional Programme Assistant position might be for you.** **Deadline for applying: 14 June** ## **About the job** As Regional Programme Assistant, you will be part of the Kvinna till Kvinna South Caucasus and Eastern Europe (SCEE) regional team and report to the Deputy Regional Director. The position is based in Yerevan, Armenia. You will work closely with the regional team and partner organisations distributed across the region, supporting programme implementation. Travel within the region may be required. The role focuses on providing administrative, programmatic and grants management support to ensure effective coordination, monitoring and documentation of Kvinna till Kvinna’s regional programmes and partnerships. Your tasks will include, but not be limited to: - Support partner organisations throughout application, reporting and grants management processes; - Assist in partner assessments, quality assurance processes and preparation of partner agreements; - Contribute to donor reporting through compiling results, stories and data from partner reports and programme activities; - Support proposal development for new funding opportunities; - Maintain and update programme monitoring tools and track programme-related data, including trainings, assessments, meetings and events; - Participate in monitoring visits and provide administrative and coordination support to programme and finance staff; - Assist in organising and documenting meetings, events and other programme activities; - Support office administration, archiving systems and GDPR compliance. ## **About you** To be successful in this role, we believe you are structured, proactive and collaborative, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a diverse regional team in a dynamic environment. You are committed to enhancing transparency, accountability and gender equality in your work. Formal qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Development Studies, Political Science or another relevant field; - At least three years of professional experience in project administration, grants management or similar roles; - Experience supporting project implementation, including planning, monitoring and evaluation; - Strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail; - Excellent written and spoken English and Armenian; Meriting qualifications include: - Knowledge of languages spoken in the South Caucasus and Eastern Europe region; - Previous experience working with civil society organisations, development cooperation and/or regional programmes. ## **Terms & conditions** At Kvinna till Kvinna, you will be part of an international organisation with over 110 colleagues, committed to women’s rights in conflict-affected countries.
