Full Description

Applicants must have demonstrated experience as listed below. This requirement is according to the AO Classification, Compensation, and Recruitment Systems which include interpretive guidance and reference to the OPM Operating Manual for Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions. Specialized Experience: Applicants must have at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience which is in or directly related to the line of work of this position. Specialized experience is demonstrated experience in each of the following: Providing administrative oversight, assessment, and implementation of national policies and procedures for the Substance Use and Mental Health Procedures Manual and the Level II Contracting Officer Certification Program Treatment Services Special Delegation. Serving as an authority/subject matter expert in the assessment and implementation of national or district-wide initiatives, policies, procedures, and outcome measures for treatment services to ensure consistency and consideration of evidence-informed practices. Conducting research, tracking and evaluating program data, and monitoring trends to identify program success, opportunities for improvement, vision casting, and strategic planning for treatment services.
