Full Description
Peterlee Town Council is seeking quotations for the provision of a fully managed IT support and Microsoft 365 service contract for a period of three years.
The contract will include the following services:
24 x IT Support for desktop and laptop workstations
24 x Business Antivirus
24 x Microsoft 365 Business Premium
14 x Microsoft 365 Business Basic
1 x Microsoft 365 Enterprise + Security E3
23 x Email signature management
15 x Mobile Device Support
15 x Mobile Device Security
40 x Microsoft 365 Backup
The successful provider will be expected to deliver proactive IT support, cyber security management, Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint security, backup management, and user support services for the Council's staff and operational facilities.
Suppliers should demonstrate experience of supporting local authorities or public sector organisations and must be able to provide responsive support, cyber security best practice, and ongoing account management.
The Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any quotation received.
