Full Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing subject matter expertise to design team member in the areas of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) design; Identifying areas of risk associated with design and construction and develops mitigation strategies or alternatives; Preparing scopes of work and Government fee estimates for Architecture/Engineering services pertaining to interior design; Providing technical input for initial outfitting requirements with procurement agents, project managers, and end users; and Providing coaching, mentoring, and training to lower graded Interior Designers.
