Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector conducting contract performance analysis and close-out functions or processes in accordance with procurement and contracting regulations, from overseeing the progress of completed contracts to negotiating final contract prices and preparing all settlement documents, to ensure all contractual obligations are met.
