Amal Healing and Advocacy Center is seeking to build a pool of qualified experts and trainers to support upcoming workshops under its protection program in Gaziantep.
From **June to December**, AHAC will organize:
**6 Gender-Based Violence / GBV Workshops**
**4 Gender-Sensitive Parenting Workshops**
Each workshop will be delivered as **one full training day**, between **June and December** in Gaziantep.
These workshops aim to strengthen awareness, prevention, and response capacities among refugees, with a particular focus on women, parents, and vulnerable families. The sessions will address key topics such as domestic violence, protection mechanisms, survivor-centered approaches, non-violent parenting, family communication, and challenging harmful gender stereotypes.
We are looking for experts with experience in one or more of the following areas:
GBV prevention and response
Gender equality and women’s protection
Survivor-centered and trauma-informed facilitation
Gender-sensitive parenting
Child protection and positive discipline
Psychosocial support and family wellbeing
Refugee protection and community-based awareness
Selected experts may be invited to facilitate workshops, support the development of training materials, and contribute to safe, inclusive, and culturally sensitive learning spaces.

**Location:** Gaziantep, Türkiye
AHAC especially encourages applications from experts with experience working with refugee communities, women, parents, and vulnerable groups in Türkiye or similar humanitarian contexts.
This activity is part of AHAC’s protection programming under ASPIRE program, which includes GBV prevention and gender-sensitive parenting workshops for refugee and host community members in Gaziantep
**Applicants must be based in Gaziantep or able to travel to Gaziantep to deliver the workshops. Please note that travel and accommodation costs will not be covered; only the workshop facilitation fee will be covered/paid.**
يعلن **مركز أمل للمناصرة والتعافي** عن رغبته في تشكيل قائمة/مجموعة من الخبراء والمدربين المؤهلين لدعم تنفيذ ورشات قادمة ضمن برنامج الحماية في غازي عنتاب.
خلال الفترة الممتدة من **حزيران/يونيو حتى كانون الأول/ديسمبر**، سيقوم المركز بتنفيذ:
**6 ورشات حول العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي**
**4 ورشات حول التربية الحساسة للنوع الاجتماعي**
ستُنفَّذ كل ورشة على مدار **يوم تدريبي كامل** ، خلال الفترة الممتدة من **حزيران/يونيو إلى كانون الأول/ديسمبر** في غازي عنتاب.
تهدف هذه الورشات إلى تعزيز الوعي والوقاية وقدرات الاستجابة لدى اللاجئين، مع التركيز بشكل خاص على النساء، الأهالي، والأسر الأكثر هشاشة. وستتناول الورشات مواضيع مثل العنف الأسري، آليات الحماية، النهج المرتكز على الناجيات، التربية غير العنيفة، التواصل داخل الأسرة، ومواجهة الصور النمطية والأدوار الجندرية الضارة.
نبحث عن خبراء/خبيرات لديهم خبرة في واحد أو أكثر من المجالات التالية:
العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي والوقاية منه
الحماية والاستجابة لحالات العنف
المساواة بين الجنسين وحماية النساء
التيسير المرتكز على الناجيات والمراعي للصدمات
التربية الحساسة للنوع الاجتماعي
حماية الطفل والتأديب الإيجابي
الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي ورفاه الأسرة
حماية اللاجئين والتوعية المجتمعية
قد تتم دعوة الخبراء/الخبيرات المختارين لتيسير الورشات، والمساهمة في تطوير المواد التدريبية، ودعم خلق مساحات تعليمية آمنة، شاملة، ومراعية للسياق الثقافي.
