Full Description

Join our UNICEF Colombia team and make a difference in the lives of children and adolescents! We are looking for a Payment Associate to support the integrity and performance of our recurring revenue stream. Under the supervision of the Data Base Officer (NOA), you will manage and optimize end‑to‑end payment processes for individual donors, ensuring accurate and timely transactions across banks, acquirers, gateways, and Salesforce. You will help reduce involuntary churn by maintaining high‑quality financial data, analyzing rejection drivers, and identifying opportunities to improve approval rates. As part of the Business Intelligence team, you will provide insights on payment performance, support platform integrations, and ensure reliable, well‑governed transactional data.
