Full Description

The purpose of this consultancy is to provide technical leadership and project management for UNICEF’s Foundational Learning (FL) portfolio. Working in seamless coordination with the Ministry of Education and Technical Education (MoETE), the consultant will lead the co-design, quality assurance, and implementation of evidence-based interventions. The focus is on scaling evidence based models across primary, preparatory, and TVET levels to ensure every learner achieves foundational mastery in alignment with national priorities.
