GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Administrative, professional, investigative, technical or other type of experience which demonstrates ability to meet and deal effectively with persons of different ages, races, and economic and education background; to collect and assemble pertinent facts, and to prepare clear and concise written reports. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have at least 36 months experience, education or training involving the administering, delivering, maintaining, advising, and adapting advanced concepts, principles, and theories of Equal Employment Opportunity to the unique organizational, management, and mission requirements. Experience assisting in the development of Equal Employment Opportunity policies and procedures. Experience advising management on Equal Employment Opportunity principles and practices. -Or- 1 year specialized experience must be equivalent to at least the next lower grade. ***You must provide your most current (current Federal employee) or last (prior Federal employee) SF 50, Notification of Personnel Action, or equivalent (if your agency does not use SF50s), if you want to be qualified under this provision.
