***Creative Designer*** Location: Based in Jordan. Required to attend in-person meetings with MAGENTA team and client representatives. Start date: June 15 2026 Duration: 4 months Level of Effort/No. of Days: 14 days Application Deadline: June 1 2026 Work Permissions: Jordanian nationals only MAGENTA is a leading Social and Behavioural Change (SBC) agency that specialises in understanding human decision-making processes in order to design solutions for relevant and impactful solutions to some of the most challenging problems of our time. In this role, you will be responsible for designing a set of artwork to be implemented and adapted to accommodate communications objectives for a Jordanian national communications strategy. You’ll play a key part in helping our clients to achieve measurable social and behavioral change objectives, and build long lasting relationships. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** We are looking for an exceptional individual to join this team, driven by a keen desire to deliver social impact and who thrives in fast-paced environments. The main objective of this task is to develop integrated set of national campaign materials, adapt them into localized versions for all governorates in Jordan, and ensure consistent branding across all designs. All deliverables must be submitted as fully editable templates for future use. **The Creative Designer will report to the Account Manager. Typical tasks include:** **Creative Concept and Campaign Design** - **Deliver a clear visual identity and design concept aligned with campaign messages.** - **Ensure consistency of branding and messaging across al materials and platforms.** - **Develop brand and messaging guidelines for use of Social Security Corporation staff and partners. The guidelines should include the following:** - **Visual identity elements usage.** - **Messaging tone and key messages.** - **Guidance on adapting materials across the different channels and platforms.** **Social Media Content Production** - **Design statics social media visuals for Facebook and Instagram highlighting key messages and calls to action.** - **Design carousel or multi-image post variation showcasing storytelling sequences and audience journey.** - **Design localized social media visuals with regional language and imagery.** **Print Material Design** - **Design of print materials (posters, flyers, and roll-up banners).** **Deliverables** **National Master Materials (final versions):** - 8–10 static social media visuals for Facebook and Instagram highlighting key campaign messages and calls to action. - 3–4 carousel or multi-image post variations showcasing storytelling sequences and audience journeys. - 3 national print materials (one poster, one flyer, one pull-up banner) for SSC offices and outreach events. **Localised Materials** - 3–4 localized social media visuals with regional theme and imagery; - 1 localized poster reflecting local audience and context; - 1 localized flyer or handout summarizing benefits and registration steps; - Updated contact and partner details for local branches. **Additional** - Guidance notes and instructions to support future adaptation. - Branding notes and guideline. All designs should be submitted in editable files, and should follow the Social Security Corporation visual identity standards. **REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, communications, or any relevant field. **Experience:** - Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in design concept. - Proven experience in creating logos, and brand identities. - Proven experience in creating communications materials for social media and print. - Proven experience in translating complex messages to clear public-friendly content. - Experience in designing campaigns for the public sector in Jordan. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). **Languages:** - C2-level proficiency in Arabic, preferably Jordanian Arabic. - C2-level proficiency in English
