Four years of experience that demonstrates the applicant has acquired the knowledge, skills and abilities related to operations planning, administrative processes, and safety, OR an appropriate combination of education and experience that demonstrates possession of knowledge and skills equivalent to that gained in the above, Experience that demonstrates ability to plan, manage, and control various administrative programs and tasks for day-to-day operations; provide management advice, and coordinate logistical and administrative support. Knowledge of and skill in applying analytical techniques and evaluation methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Must possess a high degree of initiative and self-motivation. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Office programs with the demonstrated ability to produce high level briefing materials. Must have the ability to learn new technical processes and administrate permission-based applications. Must have the ability to deal courteously, effectively, and tactfully with others, even in stressful environments. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of military and civilian personnel, both inside and outside the organization. Flexibility in working conditions and hours is required. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of Marine Corps structure, policies, and procedures and MCCS management policies, concepts, practices, and principles to support operations and administrative planning and coordination is preferred. This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. may be required
