This specific tender is managed via the new supplier portal system of UNDP Quantum. If you are interested in submitting a bid for this tender, you must subscribe following the instructions in the user guide. If you have not registered a profile with this system, you can do so by following the link for Supplier Registration.

Introduction
Les propositions doivent être déposées sous pli fermé , au bureau pays du PNUD sis à Bujumbura, ROHERO 1, avenue des patriotes numéro 30. Une copie électronique doit être envoyé en PDF au par email à sgp.burundi@undp.org : avec copie à [esperance.bigirimana@undp.org](mailto:esperance.bigirimana@undp.org).
La réception des dossiers de candidature se fait tous les jours ouvrables de 8h00 à 16h00 de lundi à jeudi et de 8h00 à 13h00 les vendredis. La date limite de soumission des candidatures est fixée au 29 Mai 2026 à 15h00, heure de Bujumbura. Aucun dossier ne sera reçu après le dépassement de ce délai.
