Specifically, applicants should: Strong research and analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex policy information Excellent written communication skills for producing clear, concise research briefs Interest in technology policy, digital governance, or international trade Ability to work independently and manage research projects Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Interest in African markets and U.S. foreign policy Willingness to explore and learn new AI tools and technologies Experience with data visualization or presentation tools is a plus but not required
