FOR THE NT-05: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector planning, analyzing, or coordinating acquisition operations for an organization. Examples of specialized experience may include: interpreting acquisition policy; resolving acquisition program issues or problems; using qualitative or quantitative methods to improve acquisition program efficiency or effectiveness; leading an acquisition team or teams; providing authoritative advice or guidance on acquisition issues to management or staff. FOR THE NT-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-03 (GS-09/10 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector conducting acquisition program operations for an organization. Examples of specialized experience may include: monitoring expenditure of funds related to acquisitions; drafting or modifying acquisition documents; preparing contracting or procurement status reports for management.
