Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) in the Federal service, or in the public or private sector coordinating and evaluating Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) requirements to meet logistical plans and objectives in the acquisition and sustainment of military systems for the effectiveness and efficiency of a program.
