FOR THE NT-05: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying a wide range of acquisition principles to analyze or coordinate contract and procurement actions (e.g. evaluating contract-related data to identify problems or improve efficiency/effectiveness, training or mentoring personnel on contract and procurement processes). FOR THE NT-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-03 (GS-09/10 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector assisting with analyzing contract or procurement actions (e.g. applying acquisition principles, drafting contract or procurement documents, tracking or monitoring contract or procurement related data) for an organization.
