Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: Understanding of pre-award and post-award contracting procedures and policies, and acquisition planning to accomplish contractual actions. Distinguishing differences between contract types. Applying cost analysis/cost accounting techniques so as to compile and evaluate price and/or cost data for a variety of procurement/acquisition activities. Establishing and maintaining effective relationships to gain the cooperation of supervisors, managers, and coworkers on complex or controversial issues. Understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and Navy Marine Corps Acquisition Regulation Supplement (NMCARS) and applying skills in written and oral communication.
