TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Military Grades: E-7 thru O-6 or W-1 thru W-5 1. Specialized experience will be used to determine qualifications for the announced position. 2. An applicant's RESUME must provide, in detail, how they meet each specialized experience listed below. Resume must be two pages or less.

Must have at least 12 months of Specialized Experience in each of the following: 1. Experience, education, or training performing, administering, or supervising technical and analytical work concerned with planning, development and execution of traffic policies and programs. 2. Experience interpreting applicable Federal, State, and local laws, and regulations concerning transportation and traffic procedures. 3. Knowledge of transportation requirements and systems for specific geographic areas (International and Continental United States).

Preferred experience but not mandatory: - DOT rules and regulations, TC-AIMS, Single Mobility Systems (SMS), Joint Container Management (JCM), operations and mobilization planning.
