Plan International Ireland is requesting applications from research organisations, universities, academic institutes or think tanks for the final evaluation of its multi-annual programme (2023 – 2027), funded under Ireland’s Civil Society Partnership for A Better World scheme. The Safe, Quality, Resilient, Inclusion-based Education (SQRIBE) programme is operational in 6 West and Central African countries – Burkina Faso, Mali, Central African Republic, Cameroon, Guinea-Bissau and Guinea.
