Full Description
To qualify for a Supervisory Program Manager (Assistant Director) at the GS-15 level, you must meet the following requirements: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one (1) year of qualifying experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: analyzing complex issues relating to e-discovery; providing technical advice to attorneys and others regarding e-discovery issues and the use of litigation support technology; negotiating with opposing parties regarding the submission of electronically stored information; planning, organizing and managing complex projects involving e-discovery or paralegal support; using e-discovery technology on a regular and recurring basis to process, organize or identify data; participating in the review, evaluation, and selection of e-discovery technology; managing or leading a team in a litigation support or e-discovery environment. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
