Full Description

One of the key components of the VRC mission involves the rapid advancement of promising vaccine and therapeutic candidates from the laboratory to the clinic. There is a need for supporting translational research leading to identification of new therapies or approaches in treating and preventing infectious diseases. PREMISE has been developed as a Pandemic Response Repository through Microbial and
Immunologic Surveillance and Epidemiology, and provides detection and surveillance of novel and

emerging pathogens and deep

analysis of host immune responses at a population-wide scale in order to prepare for an effective response to infectious threats.
