At World Vision Australia, we work in nearly 100 countries alongside communities, governments, and partners to create lasting change for children. This is a senior enterprise leadership role where strategy, stewardship, and purpose come together. You will shape how sustainable revenue is generated, ethically, effectively, and at scale across complex markets and funding environments. **About the Role**
You will lead and evolve Business Development as an integrated organisational capability—bringing together acquisition, program quality, and diversified revenue into a cohesive, high-performing system. This role is central to strengthening market position, expanding funding pathways, and ensuring long-term sustainability without compromising values, ownership, or impact.

**Top Priorities**

- **Lead & Influence:** Develop senior leaders and shape enterprise outcomes through strong executive and stakeholder engagement.

- **Drive Sustainable Impact:** Ensure revenue strategies translate into ethical, high-impact outcomes for children and communities.

**About You**
You are a strategic, values-driven executive with deep experience leading complex revenue or business development systems.

You bring:

- Proven success leading large-scale business development, partnerships, or funding portfolios
- Strong strategic judgement, balancing growth, risk, and impact

- Experience leading and developing senior leaders

- Exceptional stakeholder engagement across complex, matrixed environments

- High integrity, accountability, and emotional intelligence

- Alignment with World Vision Australia’s mission and values

Experience within international development, humanitarian, or similarly complex sectors is highly regarded.
