The GS-14 salary range starts at $138,595 per year and is dependent upon duty location. To qualify, you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 in the Federal service.

Specialized experience is analyzing and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of technical programs. This experience must include: Managing systems that measure the success of program operations; Integrating administrative management activities into overall organizational objectives and/or program activities; Advising management officials on program and/or project issues, recommendations and outcomes; Developing metrics using quantitative and qualitative data to measure success of various initiatives, AND Coordinating and analyzing findings and making recommendations on substantive programs.
