Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Digital Content Consultant, 3 months, Rome, Italy remotely (Italian nationals only)

UNICEF seeks a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Digital Content Consultant (Individual Consultancy, 3 months, with possible extension) to support digital engagement and training initiatives. Under the guidance of the Adolescent Development Manager, the consultant will contribute to UNICEF’s National Response programme in Italy, promoting inclusion and non-discrimination among unaccompanied and separated children (UASC), and refugee and migrant youth. The role involves developing and delivering online trainings, supporting youth engagement and social media content, monitoring digital platforms, and contributing to programme coordination and reporting. The assignment supports efforts to strengthen inclusive practices, amplify youth voices, and address discrimination through innovative digital and educational approaches.
