Full Description

To apply for this position, you must have the following qualifications: SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: one (1) year of specialized experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of this position. To be creditable, experience must have been equivalent to the GS-7 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience includes: developing and applying established policies, procedures, and regulatory guidance to ensure compliance; analyzing and evaluating administrative processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations; collecting, compiling, and interpreting data to develop reports and provide recommendations to management; assisting with budget formulation, execution, and tracking of resource requirements; coordinating human resources and staffing actions; and managing or supporting logistical functions such as space, equipment, and supply needs.

NOTE: Applicants wishing to receive credit for such experience must indicate clearly the nature of their duties and responsibilities in each position and the number of hours a week spent in such employment. OR SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE(TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED): Successfully completed a masters or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related. OR COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED): An equivalent combinations of successfully completed graduate-level education (in excess of the first year or 18 semester hours) and specialized experience, as described above, which meet the total experience requirements for this grade level. The education portion must include graduate courses directly related to the work of this position. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The work is primarily sedentary, although some slight physical effort may be required. This is primarily an office job with some walking, bending, and carrying of light items occasionally required.
